Tips/Tricks/Hacks

Transfer Photos to PC - To get photos off of your phone, follow the following steps:

1) Install Nokia PC Suite
2) Assign the photo you want to transfer to a new contact
3) Select the contact, chose details, select image and then options
4) Chose to save the image to gallery, give it a name
5) Connect the phone to Nokia PC Suite, chose to open the phone in the browser
6) Navigate to Amsgallery, and then the folder that you saved the photo in
7) Drag the image to your PC's desktop and add a .jpg extension to the filename

This process is complicated because the 6225's camera application forgot to have the crucial option to directly transfer an image to the phone's gallery, you must first assign it to a contact and then transfer it to the gallery from the contact.
