The JAQ3 is i-mate's first Windows Mobile Phone Edition device aimed at United States customers. It is also their first PDA that was created by TechFaith, instead of their previous design partner, HTC. The device is not expected to be sold in traditional retail channels in the United States, i-mate instead plans to sell it to U.S. customers via online retailers.
